Quote Analysis Act 2 Scene 3 (Romeo and Juliet)

“…they stumble that run fast.”

This quote is referring to those who are ‘running’ or going quickly will ‘stumble’ or fall. I think Frair Lawrence is warning Romeo that he has just meet Juliet, and they are moving forward very quickly, with plans to get married, and he should be very careful. Bad things will happen to people who dive right into things, and don’t take it slow.
